Personal Empowerment SessionsA personal empowerment session will specifically address the issues of feeling valuable, worthy, and whole in your personal and professional life. We will address self esteem, self confidence, and decision making abilities and also bring into awareness the feelings of have choices and rights, personal value and wholeness. This session can promote work-home-life balance and release any destructive or sabotaging behavioral patterns. We will focus on increasing your positive self image and promote balanced assertiveness. In this session I work with multiple modalities to clear the issues, depending on your needs. Blocks will be replaced with positive loving energy. We will work in an elevated meditative state to release with ease and grace. This session can be either laying down on a reiki table or sitting in a high backed comfortable chair. You can expect a soothing and peaceful environment with comforable lighting and gentle background music playing.
